Azores Golf Islands is managed by Ilhas de Valor S.A., headquartered at Rua Dr. Luís Bettencourt n.º86 1º Andar, Frente, 9580-529 Vila do Porto, Santa Maria – Azores, hereinafter referred to as Azores Golf Islands.

Tee Times

Tee Time changes (such as cancellation or reduction of players) made within the “Cancellation Window” will result in no penalty:

– Groups of 1 – 4 people must make changes at least 24 hours in advance
– Groups of 5 – 8 people must make changes at least 48 hours in advance
– Groups 9 – 12 people must make changes at least 72 hours in advance
– Groups of 13 – 16 people must make changes at least 7 days in advance
– Groups of 17 or more people must make changes at least 14 days in advance 

Tee Time changes “outside the Cancellation Window” will result in a cancellation fee for all golfers in a scheduled party (unless otherwise contracted). 

“No Shows” will have their credit card billed the full green fee value.   

Inclement Weather

During inclement weather conditions, cancellations/adjustments will be accepted until the time of scheduled play. 

Rain itself may not indicate the closing of the course. 
Rain checks will be issued pending the number of holes played.
