Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Rua do Bom Jesus – Aflitos, 9545-234 Fenais da Luz, Ponta Delgada, São Miguel, Açores – Portugal.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Right of withdrawal, satisfaction or refund
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return all material received within 14 days from receipt of the order with registration.
This material must be new and complete as at the time of receipt of the order and the products must be returned to us in their original condition together with the return authorization issued by Azores Golf Islands. This Return Authorization will be sent upon request by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone (+351) 296 498 559. This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, manuals) and in good condition.
Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Azoresgolf Islands will do everything possible to refund the customer quickly, safeguarding, however, that this period will depend on the evaluations that will be carried out on the material, with a maximum duration of 15 working days (from the arrival of the same to azoresgolfislands.com). Whenever possible, the customer will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
Azores Golf Islands does not accept returns in situations in which the modalities and times established by the competent legislation for the communication of the exercise of retraction have not been respected, or if the product is not packaged in the original packaging or not accompanied by all the original content.
Disputes and Liabilities – Applicable Law
For the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Order Conditions, Portuguese Law will be used, with the Judicial Court of the District of Ponta Delgada being competent.
Azores Golf Islands is not responsible for delays or contractual breaches due to force majeure: disturbance, total or partial strike, postal services and means of transport or communication, flood, fire or war.
Azores Golf Islands is not responsible for any indirect damage: loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may arise from the fact of purchasing any product presented on the site.
Azores Golf Islands will not be able to see its responsibility compromised for any damage that is the result of a professional activity.
